Instructions for Viewing the AEA Enrollment Lottery for the 2022-2023 School Year
Dear families,
This message is in regards to your application for your child to attend an AEA school for the 2022-2023 school year.
As mentioned in our previous email, the 2022-2023 AEA Enrollment Lottery is taking place on Wednesday, April 20 at 6:00 pm at the AEACES campus and via Zoom.
Here are instructions for viewing the lottery in-person:
You may attend in-person by visiting our AEACES campus in the outdoor lunch area. Please complete this sign-up form if you would like to attend in-person. Attendees will not be permitted to enter any other location on the campus aside from the lunch area.

Here are instructions for viewing the lottery via Zoom:
The lottery will be simulcast from the in-person location via Zoom. Click here to register and access the Zoom. If you registered previously, you do not have to register again.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar. Live Spanish translation and ASL interpretation will be available in the Zoom.
The Zoom will be recorded and uploaded to our YouTube channel by 9:00 am the next day.
Important additional details:
Due to privacy laws, all student names will be hidden during the lottery. Instead, a unique ID will be shown that identifies your student.
Your student’s SchoolMint ID was emailed to you.
Results of the lottery will be posted by 9:00 am the following day (April 21) to all SchoolMint accounts. You will receive an email notifying you that results are available.

Instrucciones para ver la lotería de inscripciones de AEA para el año escolar 2022-2023
Estimadas familias,
Este mensaje es con respecto a su solicitud para que su hijo asista a una escuela de AEA para el año escolar 2022-2023.
Como se mencionó en nuestro correo electrónico anterior, la lotería de inscripciones de AEA 2022-2023 se llevará a cabo el miércoles 20 de abril a las 6:00 pm en el campus de AEACES y a través de Zoom.
Aquí están las instrucciones para ver la lotería en persona:
Usted puede asistir en persona visitando nuestro campus de AEACES en el área de almuerzo al aire libre. Por favor, complete este formulario de inscripción si desea asistir en persona. Los asistentes no podrán entrar en ningún otro lugar del campus aparte de la zona del almuerzo.

La lotería será transmitida en forma simultánea desde la primaria en persona y a través de Zoom. Haga clic aquí para registrarse y tener acceso a la liga de Zoom. Si se ha registrado previamente, no tiene que volver a hacerlo.
Después de registrarse, recibirá un correo electrónico de confirmación con información sobre cómo participar en el seminario web. En el Zoom habrá interpretación simultánea al español e interpretación ASL.
El Zoom se grabará y se subirá a nuestro canal de YouTube antes de las 9:00 horas del día siguiente.
Detalles adicionales importantes:
Debido a las leyes de privacidad, todos los nombres de los estudiantes no serán revelados durante el sorteo. En su lugar, se mostrará un ID único que identifica a su hijo.
El ID de SchoolMint de su estudiante le fue enviado por correo electrónico.
Los resultados del sorteo se publicarán antes de las 9:00 horas del día siguiente (21 de abril) en todas las cuentas de SchoolMint. Usted recibirá un correo electrónico notificándole que los resultados están disponibles.
