AEACMS Band Info Night is this Thursday, September 5th at 6:00pm

Dear AEA Families,

AEACMS Beginning Band is open to all 6-8th graders who are joining band for the first time, or trying a new instrument.

Band Info Night will take place Thursday, September 5th after school at 6:00pm. Both students and parents are encouraged to attend. All information about rehearsals, sign-up, ect. will be covered and registration forms will be available.

Following the brief presentation, an instrument try-out will be hosted by Bertrand’s Music. This is not an audition, just a chance for students to try out any of the instruments and choose one to play. Bertrand’s will go over the instrument rental process and rent to own program. AEA instruments are limited and available first come first serve. If you don’t have an instrument or are unable to rent an instrument, we will work with you to provide one.

Estimadas familias de AEA:

AEACMS Beginning Band está abierto a todos los alumnos de 6º a 8º grado que se unan a la banda por primera vez o prueben un nuevo instrumento.

La Noche de Información de la Banda tendrá lugar el jueves 5 de septiembre después de la escuela a las 6:00 pm. Se anima a los estudiantes y a los padres a asistir. Toda la información sobre ensayos, inscripción, etc. estará cubierto y los formularios de inscripción estarán disponibles.

Después de la breve presentación, Bertrand’s Music organizará una prueba de instrumentos. Esta no es una audición, solo una oportunidad para que los estudiantes prueben cualquiera de los instrumentos y elijan uno para tocar. Bertrand revisará el proceso de alquiler de instrumentos y el programa de alquiler con opción a compra. Los instrumentos de AEA son limitados y están disponibles por orden de llegada. Si no tiene un instrumento o no puede alquilarlo, trabajaremos con usted para proporcionarle uno.
